This review is based on my personal experience with the Balelinko Hand Weights. I own two pairs of these and love them! The colors I have are pink and green. 🙂 I’ve had them for a long time and I’ll probably have them for many more years. It’s nice to be have these at home vs. needing to go to a gym when I want to use weights.
Who are These Weights For?
These weights are unisex and are for anyone that wants to get fit and gain muscle at home. If you are just starting out with exercise, you may want to consult a doctor first- and then perhaps a personal trainer. A personal trainer will help to ensure that you are using the right amount of weight. You don’t want to pull a muscle by lifting the wrong way or by using weights that are too heavy. Finally, these are great for anyone that needs to do physical therapy. These weights are sold in pairs and start off as low as 2 lbs.
Why Use These Weights?
This dovetails into who these are for. Getting fit and gaining muscle strength is not just for the gym. You want to use these weights because they are convenient and you’ll be more likely to work out with them. Going to the gym to lift takes additional time and effort. What I love
I like that these come in different colors. Not sure if men would care as much but I think it adds a nice touch. I like the fact that they are easy to grasp- and I like how they feel compared to if they didn’t have the Neoprene coating. The neoprene is not as cold to the touch. I might be weird saying this, but I don’t like how the weights at the gym are just metal. It’s such a stark contrast with our own bodies. It seems super artificial.. I realize they need to probably make them this way so they will last. I also like how the weights are super portable so I can take them to the park for my work out.
What I Don’t Love
Hmm..this one was difficult for me to answer. I have had great luck with these weights and no problems whatsoever. I had to go to the Amazon reviews for the not so good part of these. One customer gave these a 1 star rating for receiving a used pair that had a crack in it. Only a few bad reviews on these weights.

The price of $30.99 for these weights are a drop in the bucket compared to the benefits you get from using them!
My Final Opinion
These weights are a definite YES! You truly can’t go wrong with buying them. These can be a huge part of your home gym since they are available in different weights. The neoprene grips makes them easy to hold and being made with cast iron they will last a lifetime. So what are you waiting for?
